Real Tech has been our choice of mechanical work for years. It started with our old Ford. You were able to diagnose the problems that caused it to run rough and fix them. When it came to the Nissan pick up, you performed several miracles. The frustrations of driving along and having it just stop ere enough to cause a nervous breakdown. You found that is was a simple relay. After you fixed it, the truck ran for a year until we traded it on a Toyota Pickup and the Ford became a Dodge van. You are still our choice of mechanical work. One of the things I like about doing business is the fairness you have demonstrated in the charges for your work. They are very reasonable. I just want to let everyone know how great Real Tech Auto in Salem Oregon is and I give them five stars!! My wife Donna, has a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder and when we brought the car to Doug she was wowed by his personal touch. She got a little bit of a sticker shock, but after she recovered from passing out, Doug was able to explain in detail and layman terms what was going on. She voiced to me it was the "best experience" she had ever had with an auto machanic. The car was all fixed up in a timely manner, and Doug even left her a rose!!! and by the way I have never seen a auto machanic's shop in Salem as clean a Real Tech Auto. GREAT JOB!! - Scott Mills

 

Realtech has been the place to take my car for many years. Doug and Jim are very open to discussing the issues of car repair. The pros and cons of the problem/repair issues are discussed in a clear manner for laypersons to understand. My cars have been older vehicles and with Realtech's expertise they have kept going for many miles and years. Now that I have my first new car, Realtech is the place I trust to keep me on the road for the years and miles to come.
