Hi, my name is Doug Dealy. I'm the owner of Real Tech Auto & Truck Repair. I started the business to give people a place to bring their vehicles where they will receive honest, professional service and quality repairs. I started my career in mechanics in 1981 when I received my AS degree in Diesel Technology from Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon. I have been a head mechanic and throughout the years I've worked for various independent repair shops, car dealerships, and companies that have their own fleet of vehicles. At Real Tech, we strive to diagnose and repair the problem properly the first time. I take the time to listen to your needs and concerns, because at Real Tech, I care about you and your vehicle's needs. You are not "just a number" to me.

My name is Jim Sawyer. I have worked at Real Tech for over 12 years. During that time I have developed a reputation of honest, quality diagnosis and repair of automotive systems. Prior to my employment with Real Tech, I professionally diagnosed and repaired starting/charging systems and other electrical problems for over 7 years. I am A.S.E. certified in electronics and engine performance. I have taken ongoing training in drivability diagnostics, anti-lock brakes, chassis suspension, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment including lab scopes and scan tools. I enjoy working on automotive systems and more. Also taking something that doesn't do what it is supposed to do and making it work as designed. I look forward to helping you maintain or repair your vehicle in the future.
